This process will include sending the unit to DJI Service Center Indonesia Office in Jakarta for inspection before determining whether or not the claim is valid. This process may take up to several weeks depending on availability of parts / replacements unit(s) and/or service time. The customer WILL NOT be able to request a replacement of product with Digital 3 Store because all final determination for Warranty Claim is decided by DJI Indonesia. This Policy is non-negotiable.
